JOB DETAILS VIT

/ Cath Lab- EP needed asap 40 hours/week. Four 10-hr day shifts (varied start times 6a - 7a). Weekend and after hours call expectations will be explained during a phone interview. Will work in both the Cath Lab and EP Lab. STEMI call will = about 9-10 shifts per 6 weeks. •Clinician MUST be able to respond to STEMI call within 30 minutes of call, i.e., in the building and in the Cath Lab within 30 minutes•

Requirements:

at least 1 year of Cath/EP Lab SPT experience (more preferred), Ohio licensed Radiology Tech, ARRT certification, BLS and

ACLS. REQUIREMENTS

Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular Experience:

Licenses:

RAD-OH Certifications:

R-ARRT; VI-ARRT; BLS-AHA;

ACLS-AHA SSN
