Qualifications:
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or equivalent certification required State licensure/registration as applicable Minimum one year recent Cath Lab Tech experience, preferably in a high-acuity setting Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Strong understanding of interventional imaging procedures and sterile technique Adaptability in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain imaging equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring optimal imaging quality Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety Monitor and document patient responses and procedural outcomes Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and radiation safety protocols Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
