Position Job Title:
Cath Lab Supervisor Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight for cardiovascular service lines. The ideal candidate will manage Cath Lab operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support both administrative and clinical functions within the department.

$68,000 $100,000 annually

Not eligible Key Responsibilities Manage administrative and clinical operations of Cath Lab, Stress, and ECHO departments Oversee staffing levels and workforce planning Manage departmental budgets and operational costs Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies Supervise delivery of high-quality patient care services Hire, discipline, and manage staff performance Provide clinical support in Cath Lab procedures when required Perform additional related duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience (Cath Lab RN or Cath Lab Technologist) Active clinical license, certification, or registration as required by state law Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Associate s Degree required; BSN preferred or equivalent experience Strong leadership and operational management experience in healthcare settings Ability to oversee clinical and administrative functions simultaneously Must meet background and credentialing requirements Screening Requirement Must have at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience
