Key Qualifications:

Current CVOR Tech certification Recent experience in cardiovascular operating rooms Active BLS and CPR certifications Ability to operate complex surgical equipment and support the cardiovascular team efficiently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to adapt quickly to new settings and protocols

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment for cardiovascular procedures Assist surgeons and nurses during all phases of cardiac surgeries Ensure accurate handling and availability of instruments and supplies Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative needs Comply with facility guidelines and safety standards at all times Document procedures and maintain meticulous records
