Job Description

Job Overview The Special Imaging Technologist plays a vital role in supporting vascular procedures within a Level I Trauma Center. This position partners closely with vascular surgeons, assisting with a wide variety of device implants and complex interventions. They are responsible for acquiring high-quality imaging and completing the imaging process with precision, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency throughout each procedure. Technologists demonstrate strong proficiency in the operation of multimodality imaging equipment as well as advanced post-processing software platforms. Beyond clinical responsibilities, they serve as key contributors to inventory management by monitoring supply levels, restocking, and ordering as needed to maintain par levels and support uninterrupted case flow. Qualifications Associates degree (A.A.) from two year college or technical school. Registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required 6 months - 1 year experience preferred.
