Key Qualifications:
Certified/registered Cath Lab Technologist Proficiency in operating cath lab imaging equipment Strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures and sterile techniques Ability to adapt quickly to new protocols and technical systems Excellent communication and collaborative skills Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
Primary Responsibilities:
Set up and operate imaging equipment in the catheterization laboratory Assist cardiologists and surgical teams during diagnostic and interventional procedures Monitor and document patient vital signs and imaging data Maintain a sterile, safe, and well-organized procedure area Follow hospital policies and adhere to quality standards for patient care and imaging results Support the team with troubleshooting and quick responses in urgent situations
