As an Imaging - Cath Lab Tech, you'll deliver high-quality patient care and technical support for Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology procedures. This travel opportunity spans 13 weeks and provides the perfect platform to expand your professional network, learn diverse techniques, and collaborate with skilled invasive cardiologists and electrophysiologists. Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week) On Call 10-14 days per schedule (including weekends and holidays) No regular weekend shifts, but weekend call coverage required

Qualifications:

Associate of Science degree or completion of a Cardiovascular Tech program Minimum 1 year experience in procedural areas: Cath, IR, and EP (circulation and scrubbing) Proficient with Impella and structural heart cases (TAVR, Watchman/Amulet, PFO, Mitral Clip) Experience with implanted medical devices: PPM, IABP, ICDs, and ablation procedures ARRTR license, Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) in Texas

BLS/ACLS

certification via the American Heart Association Familiarity with EPIQ ultrasound equipment

COVID-19

vaccination or UTMB-approved exemption required

Responsibilities:

Assist in a range of cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures Respond to emergencies, maintaining professional composure under pressure Ensure adherence to the highest standards and regulatory compliance
