Job Description
Overview We are looking for a Rad Tech for our cath lab Responsibilities Under general supervision, makes preparation, operates equipment and assists physicians in performing cardiac catheterizations and other special procedures; performs hemodynamic monitoring and other duties as assigned. Provides direct patient care to the cardiac/cath lab patients. Assumes responsibility and accountability for the performance of duties and phases of cardiac procedures. Experience in Nuclear Med is a plus. Skills
- Proficiency in radiology and medical terminology
- Experience in lab and diagnostic evaluation
- Familiarity with emergency medicine practices
- Understanding of cardiology practices
- Maintaining supplies and radiation safety License/Certification
