Schedule/Hours:
Monday-Friday schedule At least 14 days of on-call duty
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
RCIS required; Radiology Tech certification or accredited Electrophysiology program accepted BLS and ACLS certifications required Vocational/Technical Degree minimum; Bachelor's Degree preferred Mechanical aptitude with advanced electrical and recording devices Proficiency in drug dosage calculations and medication administration Strong analytical skills for patient assessment and cardiac calculations Ability to recognize both normal and abnormal ECG rhythms Experience assisting with a wide range of cardiac and vascular procedures (TAVR, PFO closures, Watchman, atherectomy, angiography, stenting) Effective communication and compassionate care for patients/families
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cardiologists and vascular physicians on diagnostic/interventional procedures in cath, vascular, EP, and hybrid lab settings Utilize technologies including balloon pump, Impella, IVUS, iFR/FFR, and more Assist with electrophysiology studies and ablations: calibrate equipment, prep patients, monitor devices, and collect diagnostic data Ensure electronic and radiological safety in the lab Maintain and operate sophisticated cath lab equipment Support optimal supply management and accurate documentation for performed procedures
