Role Expectations:
Support cardiovascular operating room procedures by preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical environment Assist surgeons and team members with instruments, equipment, and supplies during cardiovascular surgeries Conduct surgical inventory checks and ensure timely preparation of necessary tools Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and maintain impeccable infection control standards Document procedure details and maintain accurate patient records
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program Certification as a CVOR Tech preferred, with current BLS certification Minimum one year of recent CVOR Tech experience in a hospital setting Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure Effective communication and teamwork abilities
