1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel IR Technologist for a fast-paced Interventional Radiology department in Washington, supporting Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists with 1+ year of experience and active ARRT(R) certification. Details Short-term acute care hospital with 325 staffed beds Fast-paced Interventional Radiology department supporting Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists Equipment includes Philips rooms (including one biplane room) and one GE Hybrid room Charting via Epic (required) 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Travelers may be required to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment Requirements Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience Active ARRT(R) certification required; IR/CV certification preferred Active Washington state license required (no pending licenses accepted) BLS certification required Epic EMR experience required Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for a travel contract License required if applicable Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting Full SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning to this facility as a traveler All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront; minimal RTO is strongly preferred 13-week contract
