The ideal candidate will have experience with dental insurance verification, claims processing, and patient account support. Responsibilities Verify patient dental insurance benefits Submit and track insurance claims Follow up on unpaid or denied claims Explain insurance coverage and treatment estimates to patients Post insurance payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate pre-authorizations and billing questions Work closely with front office and clinical staff Qualifications Dental office or insurance coordination experience required Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Benefits Paid time off Simple IRA with match Supportive team environment Schedule Monday-Thursday 6:45a - 4:30p Apply Today Please submit your resume through Indeed or contact us at
