Registration (Orthotics and Prosthetics)

Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:

Schedule patients in a timely manner and correspond with physician teams if needed Patient paperwork/review Check insurance and update demographics Direct patients to the right floor of building Direct phone calls to O&P Scan in SMX Notate within EMR important phone calls/messages Must posses pleasant, friendly demeanor, with ability to work independently Possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, physicians, and co-workers Ability to multitask in a busy environment Other duties as assigned Must also possess: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline Outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills Independent and highly motivated Initiative and self-discipline Proven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history

Physical Demands:
