- you'll feel at home here. What You'll Do You will lead face-to-face consultations with patients who are already seeking solutions
- guiding them from uncertainty to clarity and commitment.
You will:
Build immediate trust and rapport with patients Educate and guide patients through life-changing dental implant solutions Confidently present treatment plans and help patients say "yes" to themselves Overcome objections with empathy, clarity, and conviction Manage follow-up with intention- meeting patients where they are in their decision journey Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure seamless patient experiences Contribute to marketing and growth initiatives as needed Who You Are You're not just in sales

Case acceptance rate Monthly production closed Patient follow-up and conversion Overall contribution to practice growth Baseline expectation: ~5 full-arch cases per month Top performers: exceed this and unlock significant earning potentialCompensation Base Pay:
$22/hourCommission Structure:
0% on first $125,000 monthly production 1% on production above $125,000 Commission is based on collected revenue and paid monthly.
