Our goal is to provide patients with exceptional outcomes while delivering a seamless, supportive experience from consultation to completion.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a confident, results-driven Dental Treatment Coordinator who understands how to guide patients through treatment decisions and achieve high case acceptance. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of financing, and the ability to help patients move forward with necessary and elective dental care.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently Build trust with patients and help them understand the value of recommended care Discuss fees and provide tailored financing options (third-party and in-house) Handle patient questions and address concerns with professionalism Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending cases to increase acceptance Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth case handoff and scheduling Track production goals, case acceptance rates, and patient follow-through
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in dental front office required Strong understanding of case presentation, insurance basics, and financing options Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence patient decisions Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and large treatment plans
