POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for triaging all incoming patient concerns as defined within department protocols and guidelines. This is role is in a call center environment and is a non-patient facing role.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Follows Triage Protocols, policies, and procedures to include answering and routing phone notes. Processes and completes all daily items/tasks. (phone notes, voicemails, emails, flags, refills, ect.) Sort and process all documents assigned to triage department. Review all Rx renewals daily for any unmatched patients. Creates and routes all cardiac and dental clearance request as appropriate. Other duties as assigned per the need of the organization and within scope of position.
