Referral Coordinator

Medix is hiring for a Referral Coordinator for a large healthcare organization in Phoenix, Arizona! Phoenix (85054) - FULLY ONSITE, will find a clinic closest to home address to work out of

Pay Range:

$18-$22/hour (depending on years of experience)

Schedule:

M-F 8am-5pm with 1 day every other weekend and 1 weekday shift 11am-7pm

Responsibilities:

Answering phones of referrals from PCP and scheduling patients with the right providers for services needed Collecting New Patient Demographic and correcting any patient demographic Assist with med records, scanning, data entry, etc.

Must Have Qualifications:
