Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is not an entry-level role— candidates must have prior, hands-on experience in dental treatment coordination , including presenting treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, and managing case acceptance. The ideal candidate is confident discussing finances, knowledgeable about insurance, and skilled at guiding patients from consultation through case completion while delivering an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans clearly, confidently, and effectively Review financial options, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements with patients Drive case acceptance by helping patients understand the value and urgency of treatment Coordinate scheduling of accepted treatment efficiently to support production goals Proactively follow up on pending and unscheduled treatment Verify, interpret, and explain dental insurance benefits and coverage Submit pre-authorizations and assist with insurance-related questions Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the practice management system Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team Support and contribute to practice production and case acceptance goals Qualifications (Required) Minimum 2+ years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience (required) Proven success presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and case presentation Solid understanding of dental insurance and benefit breakdowns Experience with dental practice management software Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a goal-driven, performance-based environment What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth and professional development Who You Are You are confident, results-driven, and patient-focused.
