In this energetic position, you will serve as the bridge between patients and our dental professionals, ensuring smooth communication, accurate treatment planning, and efficient administrative support. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for from their first visit to ongoing treatment. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and scheduling appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism Collaborate closely with dental providers to coordinate treatment plans, ensuring clarity and patient understanding Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage details, and assist patients with financial arrangements to facilitate seamless treatment acceptance Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, updating charts and documentation promptly Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize the flow of patient care and reduce wait times Provide exceptional administrative support by answering phones, responding to patient inquiries, and handling correspondence with transparency and care Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment instructions, fostering trust and confidence in their dental journey Requirements Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare workflows Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient care processes Excellent medical administrative support skills, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and record keeping Prior office experience that highlights organizational abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with dental office procedures, treatments, and patient communication strategies Exceptional communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us in making a difference by helping patients achieve healthier smiles!
