The position is full-time 4 days a week. The candidate must be A team player Detail-oriented, organized and efficient Dependable Enjoy working with patients of all ages. Possess strong communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience required Job Requirements are but not limited to: Greet and welcome patients. Maintain a neat and orderly front office including reception area. Check the daily schedule and ensure provider booked > 90% chair occupancy Utilize practice management software (ex. OpenDental & EagleSoft) Collect payments from patients at the time of treatment. Schedule patient appointments. Prepare and present treatment plan proposals with accurate financial estimates, including coordination of dental insurance benefits. Follow up with insurance claims and delinquent accounts.
