We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Treatment Plan Coordinator who understands high-level case acceptance, patient communication, and implant case management. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of dental treatment coordinating experience Strong experience with: Insurance verification Financing options and patient presentations Lead management and fast response times Scheduling and case follow-up Full-mouth rehabilitation and All-on-X case coordination Ability to build trust and maintain high case acceptance Strong communication and sales skills Organized, professional, and team-oriented Experience with high-end or implant-focused dentistry preferred Compensation $35-$45 per hour depending on experience OR $70,000-$90,000 annual salary Performance-based bonus structure available Growth opportunities within a multi-location implant organizationWhy Join ORA4X?
