Duties Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment plans and financial options with clarity and confidence Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with the dental team to optimize daily operations Explain treatment procedures, costs, and insurance coverage to patients in an understandable manner Collect payments, process insurance claims, and manage billing documentation accurately Maintain detailed patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and office protocols Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, appointment reminders, and payment arrangements Support the dental team by managing administrative tasks such as verifying insurance benefits and preparing treatment estimates Experience Prior experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of dental terminology and administrative procedures Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dental office software and dental practice management systems Experience supporting dental administrative functions such as scheduling, billing, or insurance processing is advantageous Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a positive patient experience while advancing their career in healthcare administration.
