This role is designed for you. Join a team where your clinical knowledge is valued in a new way. Instead of assisting chairside, you'll use your experience to guide, support, and collaborate with doctors and dental teams—helping deliver the best outcomes from behind the scenes. What You'll Do Serve as atrusted liaison between doctors, dental technicians, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and case success Support dental professionals by recommending the best products and solutions based on each unique case Provide high-quality customer support, including handling inbound calls, case updates, and product guidance Review and evaluate cases thoroughly, applying your clinical knowledge to help doctors achieve optimal results Proactively troubleshoot and problem-solve, offering thoughtful guidance and solutions Maintain detailed notes and documentation within internal systems Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and cross-functional teams Follow up on cases and requests to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes Participate in outbound outreach when additional case support is needed Why RDAs Love This Role? Up to $25.00 per hour
