Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand and move forward with their dental care. This role focuses on communicating treatment recommendations, reviewing financial options, and ensuring patients feel confident about their next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

Discuss recommended dental treatment with patients and answer questions. Review insurance coverage and provide clear cost estimates. Help patients understand payment options and financing solutions. Coordinate treatment scheduling and maintain an organized patient schedule. Follow up with patients who have pending or incomplete treatment plans. Work closely with the dentist and dental team to support a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience working in a dental office. Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance verification. Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy office environment. Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
