Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey—from the initial consultation to starting treatment—while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage new patients during consultations Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and confidently Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups for new and existing patients Assist with insurance verification and processing Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care Support front office duties as needed

Qualifications:

Must speak Spanish • Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and educate patients effectively Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience with dental software is a plus Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule:

Part-time:

3-4 days per week Must be available for 1 Saturday per month

Full-time Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
