We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help patients confidently navigate their treatment plans and financial options. Position Summary The Dental Treatment Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between patients and the clinical team. This role is responsible for presenting treatment plans, explaining procedures and financial arrangements, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients feel informed and supported throughout their dental journey. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans to patients clearly and professionally Coordinate scheduling for restorative, cosmetic, and specialty procedures Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage details Discuss financing and payment options with patients Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding cases Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff Provide exceptional customer service and patient support Assist with front office duties as needed Qualifications Previous dental office experience required Experience as a Treatment Coordinator preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing Familiarity with dental software, preferably Open Dental Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Health and dental benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment Career growth and continuing education opportunitiesJob Type:
