You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment. Schedule (days/hours) monday 9-7p, tuesday 9-7p, wednesday 8-530p, thursday 730-430p, friday 8-530p

Responsibilities Greeting:

Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome

Guiding:

Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism

Gratitude:
