Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to be the bridge between our clinical team and patients. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment options, feel confident in their decisions, and have a seamless experience from consultation to start. Key Responsibilities Welcome new patients and guide them through the consultation process Present orthodontic treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and confidently Build trust and rapport with patients and families Coordinate scheduling for treatment starts and follow-ups Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements Follow up with pending patients to support case acceptance Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred (treatment coordinating strongly preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in discussing finances and presenting treatment plans Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with technology and practice management software Positive, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Bonus opportunities based on performance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and development Supportive, team-focused work environment Why Join Twin Smiles Orthodontics?
