This role is key to the practice — you'll be the person helping patients understand their options, feel comfortable moving forward, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We're looking for someone who is not just organized, but also confident presenting treatment, discussing finances, and building trust with patients. What you'll be doing: You'll be meeting with patients after their consults, walking them through their treatment plans, answering questions, and helping them move forward with care. This includes explaining procedures in a way that makes sense, reviewing costs and payment options, and handling insurance questions. You'll also be responsible for scheduling new starts, following up with patients who haven't committed yet, and keeping everything organized on the front end. Working closely with the doctor and team to keep the schedule flowing and patients taken care of is a big part of the role. On the administrative side, you'll maintain accurate patient records, process paperwork, and make sure accounts and billing are handled correctly.
What we need from you:
