Mondays and Wednesdays:
8am-4:30pm. Long standing practice for 20 years in Pleasanton. I have built a stable and reliable reputation with consistent patient demand and strong referral relationships. The practice is steady without the chaos, and the focus is on providing mindful and outstanding endodontic care in a systematic approach. This role is well suited for someone who wants to practice independently, keep their day focused on patient care with excellent interpersonal skills, and work alongside a team that understands how to support doctors effectively. You'll step into established and organized systems. We value clear communication, mutual respect, compassion to each patient and maintaining strong relationships with referring dentists in the area. I'm mindful of what it takes to build a sustainable and thriving referral based practice from building the business from scratch. I am also mindful of what it is like being the associate in a practice. An Endodontist who is kind, compassionate, meticulous, patient-focused, collaborative, and referral-centric will thrive in this practice. If you prioritize the mastery of skill, patient well-being, and technical competence first and foremost, you will have the financial opportunity here as you grow. I am here to market you, advocate for you, and work hard to provide you a consistent workable schedule. You just need to do what you do best: patient care and great endodontics. The practice is conveniently located at the intersection of highways 580 and 680, plus there is a BART station a few blocks away making the commute accessible from multiple locations of the Bay Area. The office is very organized and equipped with Zeiss microscopes, Carestream CBCT, Dexis digital sensors, dual Acteon ultrasonic handpieces, Aseptico electric motor, and single use rotary files for all cases.
