Position Overview:
Kings View is seeking a Clinician I to provide direct mental health services to consumers under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. This role supports consumers through assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and care coordination while collaborating closely with community partners and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct mental health services including assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities appropriate to consumer needs Maintain accurate, timely, and concise clinical documentation Meet productivity and documentation expectations Complete required Electronic Service Activity Logs (ESALs) Serve as liaison between Kings View and community partners Coordinate referrals and linkage to outside entities and resources Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care Assist Clinical Supervisor/Manager with assigned projects and responsibilities Participate in team meetings, trainings, and program initiatives
What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Current Associate Registration (ASW, AMFT, or APCC) National Provider Identifier (NPI) or ability to obtain prior to start Valid California Driver's License (Class C)
Required Experience:
Minimum one (1) year experience or training in diagnostic evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
Required Skills:
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively Proficiency with electronic health record systems Knowledge of behavioral health interventions and outcomes measures Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
