Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients embarking on their orthodontic journey. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient, guiding them through treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and providing essential education about their orthodontic care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' smiles while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Greet patients warmly and establish a friendly rapport to foster trust and comfort Explain treatment options, procedures, and financial arrangements clearly and transparently Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment timelines efficiently Assist with patient records management, including updating medical histories and insurance information Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care delivery Provide education on orthodontic appliances, oral hygiene practices, and post-treatment care Support administrative tasks such as verifying insurance coverage and processing payments Qualifications Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical administrative support practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment Effective communication skills to explain complex information clearly to patients Familiarity with office management software and scheduling systems Experience in dental or orthodontic offices is a plus but not required Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations Join us to help transform smiles while enjoying a rewarding career in a lively, supportive atmosphere. $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
