Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, creating a positive first impression and guiding them through their appointment process Explain treatment plans clearly, addressing patient questions with confidence and professionalism Coordinate scheduling of appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to ensure seamless patient flow Assist patients with understanding financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans Maintain accurate patient records by updating treatment notes, insurance information, and medical histories Support the dental team by managing administrative tasks such as confirming appointments and processing paperwork Communicate effectively with the dental team to ensure patient needs are prioritized and met efficiently Experience Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental terminology to facilitate clear communication Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a busy office environment Familiarity with office management software and scheduling tools Experience working directly with patients in a healthcare or dental setting is a significant plus Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a caring team dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives.
