At 4M Dental Implant Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional dental implant care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and outcomes. Our team is passionate, professional, and committed to helping patients achieve the smiles they've always wanted. We are looking for a compassionate and driven Treatment Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the entire patient experience, from their first call to post-treatment follow-up. The Treatment Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for patients and guides them through the entire treatment process. You will educate patients on their treatment options, coordinate appointments, assist with financial arrangements, and ensure every patient feels confident and informed. This role also involves a sales component, helping patients understand the value of their treatment and supporting them in moving forward with their care.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide patients through the full treatment experience, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and options in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner. Assist patients with financial arrangements. Support patients in making informed decisions, incorporating a consultative sales approach to help them move forward with treatment. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with the clinical team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient journey. Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress, appointments, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental office, with patient-facing sales experience preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills. Ability to educate and guide patients while balancing care, empathy, and the business side of treatment. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dental software and Microsoft Office. Professional demeanor and a commitment to excellent patient care.
Why Join Us:
Play a key role in shaping the entire patient experience at a state-of-the-art dental implant center. Supportive, team-oriented work environment. Opportunities for professional development and growth. Competitive hourly rate of $30.00 with a 2% collections commission. Make a real difference in patients' lives every day. 4M Dental Implant Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
