Our busy, specialty-focused dental office, Arrowhead Dental Specialties, in San Bernardino is seeking an experienced and professional Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in guiding patients through their treatment plans, financial arrangements, and overall experience in our practice. Position Summary The Treatment Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the doctor, patient, and clinical team. This individual ensures patients fully understand their treatment needs and financial options while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Present and explain specialty treatment plans clearly and confidently Review and discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options Verify insurance and maximize patient benefits Coordinate scheduling to ensure optimal productivity and case acceptance Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment Maintain accurate and compliant patient records Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to ensure seamless patient flow Qualifications Minimum 3-4 years of Specialty Treatment Coordinator experience (required) Strong knowledge of dental insurance (PPO/HMO) and treatment planning Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to build trust and rapport with patients Strong case acceptance and closing skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $23-$24 (based on experience) Dental benefits Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) plan Paid holidays California Paid Sick Leave Employee-paid supplemental pre-tax insurance options Incentive opportunities Additional Information This is a full-time, non-exempt position Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Equal Opportunity Employer So Cal Dental Partners is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
