We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Treatment Coordinator ready to elevate their career. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, this role offers a competitive salary, significant bonus potential, and exciting growth opportunities within our innovative organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental practice operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating restorative treatments, maintaining a productive schedule, and ensuring seamless office operations. Lead the front office team with professionalism, positivity, and a patient-first mindset. Coordinate restorative treatments, re-care, and optimize schedules. Collaborate with our talent team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process. Implement strategies to achieve practice-wide objectives. Manage PPO insurance processes, including claim generation and submission. Participate in practice promotion and marketing events.Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of dental practice experience. Proficiency with paperless charting systems, Google Suite, and other office software. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and independent work skills. Exceptional communication and customer service abilities. Punctuality and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluently Bilingual -Spanish/English Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with coordinating Invisalign treatment and complex treatment plans Proficient inDenticon Position Details:

Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts).Salary:
$50,000-$60,000 per year, with generous bonus opportunities.Location:
