You'll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and supported every step of the way. What You'll Do Establish strong relationships with patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, including financial options and scheduling Follow up on pending treatment to help patients move forward with care Anticipate scheduling needs and optimize the doctors' schedule Maintain organization and accuracy in patient records and treatment planning Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience preferred Strong knowledge of Dentrix, including treatment planning and financial arrangements Familiarity with Dental Intel and Microsoft Excel is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients make informed decisions A team player who is committed to delivering high-level patient care Schedule & Benefits Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM PTO, select paid holidays, 401(k) eligibility after one year, Performance-based bonus opportunities This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow professionally while working alongside a supportive, motivated team that values both excellence and a positive workplace culture.
