You must have a warm, caring , happy and positive personality. Dental knowledge is a must. You must have strong dental insurance knowledge and be able to explain dental insurance and dental procedures to patients for both PPO, HMO and DentiCal. Help doctors and hygienists reach their goals. Be able to create and maintain good relationship with patients as well as your fellow co-workers. Excellent math skills and accuracy also required. Our office is extremely caring and patient oriented. We believe in having fun and treating our staff with the utmost respect as well as our patients.
