Newport Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and helps create a positive experience for our patients from start to finish. Schedule (days/hours):

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat Responsibilities:

Present and explain treatment plans to patients Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial options Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care Provide outstanding customer service and communication Work closely with the clinical and front office teams Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

Previous dental office experience required Experience as a Treatment Coordinator/TCC preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Bilingual is a plus

Compensation:

$23-$25/hour
