We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and helps create a positive experience for our patients from start to finish . Schedule (days/hours) Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans to patients Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial options Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care Provide outstanding customer service and communication Work closely with the clinical and front office teams Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications Previous dental office experience required Experience as a Treatment Coordinator/TCC preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Bilingual is a plus Compensation $23-$25/hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
