Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the treatment coordination for orthodontic patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both English and Spanish-speaking patients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must. Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule orthodontic treatments for patients, ensuring timely and accurate appointments. Communicate treatment plans and financial information to patients in both English and Spanish. Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or questions promptly. Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Stay current on orthodontic procedures, terminology, and industry trends.
