Care Coordinator Ideal Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00
PM Location:
Primarily onsite in Englewood, with admin/coordination support across other locations Elevate Mental Wellness is seeking a Front Desk/Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and support our growing team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for individuals seeking mental health care. The Care Coordinator works primarily onsite in Englewood and assists with administrative coordination across multiple clinic locations. This is primarily an administrative role with some clinical support responsibilities. The environment can be fast-paced and occasionally unpredictable; however, you will be supported by a collaborative, team-oriented workplace. Key Responsibilities Answer and route phone calls with professionalism and compassion Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently Greet patients and maintain smooth front desk operations Coordinate patient intake, check-in, and check-out processes Verify insurance, collect co-pays and other payments Perform vital signs and collect mouth swabs or urine drug screens as needed Track tasks, messages, and follow-ups with strong attention to detail Maintain accurate documentation and communication within the EMR Support overall clinic flow and patient experience Qualifications & Attributes This role may be a good fit for someone who: Has a genuine interest in mental health care and learning clinical operations Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and composure in high stress/sensitive situations Is highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through consistently Communicates clearly and works well within a team Has experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a medical office setting Is comfortable supporting a growing, multi-site clinic environment Is aligned with a mission-driven organization focused on low-barrier, trauma-informed care Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief statement describing: Why mental health work is meaningful to you Why you believe this position is a good fit We look forward to learning more about you.
