Washington, DC Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Fee-for-Service | Concierge-Level Dental Practice About Our Practice We are a high-end, fast-paced dental practice in downtown Washington, DC dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and a true concierge-level experience from check-in to check-out. Our office is built on teamwork, professionalism, advanced technology, and outstanding service — and we are looking for two experienced, high-performing professionals to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on creating an elevated patient experience and consistently receive raving reviews for our care, communication, and customer service. Our ideal candidates are polished, organized, proactive, and passionate about building long-term relationships with patients while contributing to a collaborative, high-level team culture. •Please note: This is not an entry-level position.• Position Overview We are seeking experienced Dental Treatment Coordinators / Administrative Assistants with a strong background in complex treatment planning and patient coordination, including experience with: Cosmetic Dentistry Sleep Apnea Treatment Oral Surgery Large Case Presentation & Financial Coordination This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently multitask, and maintains a calm, positive, and professional presence under pressure. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and deliver an exceptional patient experience Maintain accurate patient records Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently Coordinate scheduling for consultations and treatment appointments Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options Follow up on pending treatment, unscheduled care, and outstanding balances Maintain organized documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to support office flow and productivity Assist in creating a welcoming, polished, and patient-centered office atmosphere Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of adult general/cosmetic dental experience
REQUIRED
