Join Fort Pierce Smiles as an Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator in Fort Pierce, FL! We are seeking a dynamic bilingual professional to enhance our patient experience and streamline treatment processes in our welcoming dental practice.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient treatment plans and manage scheduling efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns. Assist in explaining treatment options and financial arrangements to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with dentists and dental staff to provide exceptional patient care. Facilitate communication between English and Spanish-speaking patients. Manage insurance claims and verify patient eligibility. Contribute to a positive team environment and support office operations.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Positive attitude and a passion for helping patients.
