• Position Overview
• We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. You'll be the critical link between clinical care and patient finances—presenting treatment plans, explaining options, coordinating financing, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from consultation to completion.
• Key Responsibilities
• Present treatment plans to patients with clarity and confidence
• Coordinate financing options and membership plan enrollment
• Manage patient communication regarding treatment timelines and appointments
• Track treatment plan acceptance and completion metrics
• Maintain accurate records in our practice management system
• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
• Contribute to a positive, efficient patient experience
• What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent; dental or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with dental software systems and basic computer skills
• Bilingual is a plus
• Monday-Friday, on-site position
