Role:
As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our patient experience—helping patients understand their treatment options, handling insurance and financials, and keeping our front office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, caring, and professional way Create and review treatment plans with accuracy and attention to detail Complete insurance breakdowns , verify benefits, and help patients understand coverage Discuss financial arrangements and coordinate payment options Schedule appointments and manage front desk duties (phones, check-in/out, etc.) Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1-3 years of dental office experience (REQUIRED) Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance billing Friendly, upbeat personality with great communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities A team player who thrives in a positive, fast-paced environment

Pay:
$25.28 - $30.45 per hour
