Job Description

Position Summary:
The Patient Consultant serves as the primary liaison between prospective patients and the practice, guiding them through the surgical journey from initial inquiry to booking their procedure. This role requires excellent sales skills, in-depth knowledge of our services, and the ability to provide personalized, compassionate, and knowledgeable guidance to each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations. Educate patients about surgical and non-surgical procedures, including benefits, risks, preparation, and recovery. Provide accurate pricing, financing options, and payment plan details. Follow up with leads consistently to nurture interest and convert inquiries into booked procedures. Schedule patient consultations, pre-operative appointments, and post-operative check-ins in coordination with the clinical team. Maintain detailed patient records and track communication in the electronic system. Build strong patient relationships to foster trust and satisfaction. Ensure patients understand all consent forms, policies, and procedural information before surgery. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve patient acquisition and retention strategies. Meet or exceed monthly consultation-to-surgery conversion goals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, patient coordination, or customer service (medical or aesthetics industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities. Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and terminology a plus.
Work Environment:
Professional office and clinical setting. Requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
