Assistant - Case Management

Complexity of Work:

Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges in tasks assigned within utilization review, discharge planning, and workflow processes. Involves handling sensitive and confidential patient information with a high level of professionalism and adherence to HIPAA and other legal standards. Demands strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, resolve coordination issues, and ensure alignment across departments. Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Requires attention to detail and accuracy to identify discrepancies, complete documentation, and support the case management team effectively.

Required Work Experience:

One (1) year of clerical experience with a large department or number of departments in health care preferred.
