We are looking for a high-level, experienced Ortho TC who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and understands that this role is about connection, confidence, and case acceptance . We are also in a building phase , and this role is for someone who wants to help us build, improve, and elevate our systems —especially around insurance and treatment coordination workflows . MUST-HAVES

Strong dental/orthodontic insurance knowledge

REQUIRED

What You'll Be Responsible For Presenting orthodontic treatment plans with confidence and clarity Helping patients/parents move forward with treatment Overcoming objections (time, finances, fear) Discussing insurance, fees, and payment options Following up on unscheduled treatment Building trust and strong relationships with families Helping build and improve insurance workflows and systems Coordinating with doctor and clinical team for a seamless experience Maintaining accurate financial and insurance records Supporting a productive, goal-driven schedule Who You Are Confident, polished, and professional Warm, personable, and able to build trust quickly Goal-oriented and results-driven Organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment A team player with strong leadership energy Excited to build, not just maintain Qualifications Minimum 2+ years experience in sales/dental/treatment coordination Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator experience
