  • Full-time Lead Med Tech / Resident Services Coordinator Full-Time | Assisted Living Community Weekly Pay | Competitive Compensation We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Lead Med Tech / Resident Services Coordinator to join our Assisted Living team.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing resident care services, supporting caregivers and Med Techs, coordinating resident needs, and helping ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents. The ideal candidate will have Assisted Living experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to seniors. Responsibilities Coordinate daily resident care services and support the care team Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies Assist with resident assessments, service plans, and ongoing care coordination Monitor residents' health status and report changes to appropriate healthcare providers and family members Support resident admissions, move-ins, and transitions of care Assist with scheduling, training, and mentoring caregivers and Med Techs Maintain accurate resident records and documentation Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and resident rights Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and team members Respond to resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner Promote a positive, safe, and resident-centered environment Qualifications Current CMA (Certified Medication Aide), Med Tech, CNA, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred Previous experience in Assisted Living, Personal Care Home, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living required Prior leadership, supervisory, or care coordination experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care Benefits Weekly Pay Competitive Compensation Paid Time Off Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Supportive Team Environment Opportunities for Growth and Advancement If you are passionate about serving seniors and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we encourage you to apply.
